Any guide service who has not updated their information with the department should contact the office as soon as possible. Beginning December 1, 2015, any service that has not updated their information (via phone, fax, email or in person) will be deemed as violating regulations and cancellation steps will be initiated. We sent letters out in September and the deadline for returning the forms is November 20, 2015.
