Amended RST Resolution #2001-173

Only those Affiliated Tribal Members who can prove primary, continuous residency within the five county reservation area for a minimum of one year can hunt without a guide. Those ATMs who do not reside within the 5-county reservation boundaries are now required to have a hunting guide.
